The hook this year on Sesame Street is literacy

Every year at Sesame Street, producers gather before the start of the new season to gauge educational needs of their primary audience, toddlers. Starting today, as Sesame Street begins its 38th season on PBS, 26 new episodes will focus on early literacy and language skills.
