Improving the performance of literacy coaches

At a school district in Washington, an initiative to strengthen students’ reading skills has lead teams of administrators to observe the classroom work of literacy coaches and teachers. Like athletes watching game film with their coaches to improve their performance, literacy coaches and teacher are improving their classroom performance through the feedback they receive.
