The next generation of e-books

At the beginning of this decade, many pundits predicted that e-books would soon become the dominant method for delivering the written word. That hasn't happened. However, the new Sony Reader, which will be introduced later this month, marks the next phase of e-books, according to an article by David Pogue appearing in the October 12 edition of The New York Times.

Pogue's article outlines the pros and cons of the Sony Reader and closes by predicting that e-books won't replace paper books any time soon. For further information, read the full article.
