Early childhood education the forgotten link

UNESCO’s 2007 Education for All Global Monitoring Report, scheduled for release on October 26, commends Latin America and the Caribbean for expanding opportunities for early childhood education in their regions. Learn more about the report at the UNESCO Media Services website.
