Namibia: “Visionary” project aims to boost computer literacy among teachers, students

A pilot project for making information technology available to students and teachers in Namibia has had mixed success. Computers have been enthusiastically received in classrooms, but the country lacks the ICT infrastructure needed to use them successfully.
