IRA convention speaker nominated for major book award

 I Can Make A Difference, cowritten by Marian Wright Edelman and Barry Moser, has been nominated for an NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Literary Work — Children’s Book. Edelman will deliver the keynote address at the Third General Session of IRA’s 51st Annual Convention, on Wednesday, May 3, 2006, in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
