Education for All under scrutiny in Paris this week

A full week of activity around different aspects of Education for All is taking place this week at UNESCO Paris. The 6th Meeting of the Working Group on EFA will focus on literacy, education for rural people, resource mobilization, and aid effectiveness. A joint action plan to achieve EFA by 2015, the UN Girls’ Education Initiative (UNGEI), and UNESCO’s new literacy program, LIFE, are among other items on the agenda. Get details at UNESCO’s Education for All website.
