Tennessee, Dolly Parton book program celebrate anniversary

The State of Tennessee this summer is celebrating the first anniversary of its partnership with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. During the first year, the pre-K literacy program has provided books to more than 70% of the state’s 375,000 children under age five, according to WBIR–TV.
